Kelly Madruga is amazing she helped us from beginning to end.

Kelly explained to us the meaning of staging a home. If you stage it properly and can have future home owners see that they can live in your home it makes a world a of a difference. – Kelly took the time to help me do this as I had no clue what I was doing.

Our family home was only on the market for 5 days and we sold it. That is unheard of in the climate we have these days.

It can be frustrating selling a home dealing with all the information and paperwork after. Kelly helped us with everything . Even heard me complain a few times 🤪- but always she always made me laugh about the situation and made me feel at ease.

Kelly also kept us informed about every document that was coming before hand that had to be signed. She was aware of my work schedule and knew that I couldn’t always be home to assist my father. – which personally I truly appreciate it made this transition so much easier.

I highly recommend Kelly Madruga at Choice Properties. Because every home owner is different every buyer is different. And she is aware of that – Kelly is all about her clients needs .

Kelly and her team are amazing. They brought a great buyer for out recently constructed home in OB. They over delivered and were excellent throughout! I can not wait to work together again.

Kelly helped me scored a beautiful home in this tough market . She was patient with me as we looked at several properties all over San Diego County . We had put several offers in , she was very good about finding out what we needed to do to get the offer accepted . She is very knowledgeable and will give you her honest opnion . She was able to get me in to look at the house’s right away and was east to schedule visits with . I didn’t have to waive certain contingencies, got a home warranty , got the seller to fix and pay me small issues, and didn’t have to pay a exorbent amount over listing . I feel very lucky and blessed to have her as my agent . As a first time home buying who was so nervous and getting cold feet she helped me understand everything I had issues . We found a home around two months of looking and closed right before my birthday ! Thank you again .
