Prepping the exterior it is important to have that curb appeal needed to bring that buyer inside. I can not tell you how many times a client has driven by a home and will not even enter based on the work needed on the exterior. First impressions are important. Think what you want to see if you were the buyer.

Again Prepping is important. Interior spaces really show best with a minimalist thought process. Think pottery barn or even No one loves seeing clutter an any space yet alone the space they are looking to see themselves in.

Finances, when you sell there are expenses such as prepping for the best price as we just discussed above. Escrow fees, title insurance, loan repayments, real estate agents or in some instances lawyers. Being prepared for these is a great start but don’t feel it can’t be done on a low budget because it can!
